Quick service. Food was flavorful. Plenty of options for sushi rolls, as well as , individuals or combo or all you can eat. Pictured are Mexican roll & Shrimp Tempura roll

They force me to sit in the bar....( Because tables are for.minimum of 4 ppl) After wait and waiting ( and bunch of booth and tables available... They sat me down in a corner and the seat was taken for a gentleman and I has to get up.... Food look good ! But I don't want to eat standing up....

The yellowtail here is consistently the most fresh and delicious in Sarasota, always recommend getting some. Quality of the nigiri is high across the board. The scallop salad gunkan is quite nice if you want to try something a little different on the all you can eat menu. The clear soup and the tempura options are also fantastic. Never had a bad experience, really nice spot for dinner.

Ichiban is my best kept sushi secret in Sarasota. Their 4 roll combo is my go to. This was my late father’s favorite restaurant and the owner even let us host a memorial there. Food is amazing!! Try the Volcano roll

Good service and affordable sushi with decent quality. The restaurant has an old Florida vibe, and the sushi portions are small—great for those who want a budget-friendly sushi experience. However, don’t expect gourmet sushi. The overall experience, including customer service, was good. If you’re looking for a special night out with a nice ambiance, this may not be the place. But if you want a casual dinner without spending much and aren’t looking for anything extraordinary, it’s a worthwhile option.
